Via Nativa Imports Wholesale Terms & Conditions

1. Please note most of the jewelry is handmade and each piece is unique in shape and wood tone.

2. Although catalog and inventory are often updated, some items listed are offered in small quantities due to limited production. For custom orders, ‘coming soon’ or ‘low stock’ as listed in the catalog there is a lead time of 2 months.  A minimum of $100 is required.

3. For all orders we ask for payment within 30 days of receiving the order.  For the first order we ask for payment 15 business days after receiving the order.

4. We accept checks.  Please write it out to Via Nativa Imports.  The address to mail the check to is stated on the invoice.

5. We accept e-payment using PayPal.  Please email: info@vianativa.com.

6. If all items are in stock we offer same or next day shipping.

7. Free shipping!  We priority mail.   Express mail; UPS; FedEx and other requests beyond priority mail will be added to the invoice.

8. We do not accept any returns unless defective.

9. Via Nativa Imports strives to maintain a reasonable price; however due to circumstances beyond our control prices may change without notice.
